How does the 3-day Pro trial work?
You add a card when you sign up and get full Pro access for 3 days, including 10 downloads. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your account page.
What’s the difference between Pro and Advanced?
Pro includes the core worksheet collections with 15 downloads a day and 30 client links a month. Advanced removes all limits and adds the EMDR, Clinician Tools, Couples and Sex Therapy collections plus the interactive in-session tools, including EMDR bilateral stimulation, the breathing visualizer, mindfulness timer, parts mapper and grounding guide.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Advanced later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from the pricing page or your account.
Can my clients use the worksheets without paying?
Yes. When you send a client link, your client can download that worksheet for 30 days without an account.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. GST/HST is added at checkout where applicable.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your paid year, and any PDFs you’ve already downloaded are yours to keep using with your clients.
Can I get a receipt for my practice?
Yes. A receipt is emailed with every payment and is always available in your account.
