What is Waitlist & Enquiry Log?

Keep track of enquiries so nobody slips through. Offer interim resources, and be honest about waits. Use client initials or IDs.

When to use it

  • New and growing private practices
  • Supervision and practice planning
  • Reviewing systems, referrals and safety protocols

How to use it in session

  1. Explain the purpose and check that the client wants to do this.
  2. Complete the table: date, client id, need.
  3. Agree one small next step.

Clinician tips

  • Check every step against your college, privacy and tax requirements.
  • Review these tools at least once a year.
  • Bring practice questions to supervision or consultation.

Sharing with clients

Members can download the PDF to print or email, or copy a private client link from the download box. Your client opens the link and downloads the worksheet on any device. No client account is needed, and nothing your client writes is stored on TherapyAid.
