This page explains what information TherapyAid collects and why.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you create an account or subscribe.
• Payment details: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic usage data: standard server logs and cookies needed to keep you logged in.

Client information

TherapyAid does not collect, receive or store any information about your clients. Client links let a client download a worksheet only. Completed worksheets stay between you and your client.

How we use your information

To provide your membership, process payments, send receipts and occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time), and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information by contacting us.
